Job Description
Customer relation management aka client servicing
Driving Revenues for all products in the assigned territory/ region. Managing region business reporting end to end.
Sales & Business development in new accounts.
Take report of on ground resource ensuring smooth/ routine operations on ground
Innovate & Execute fresh ideas and concepts on ground
Identifying new/ more opportunities with existing client
Work with unit Ops & Delivery, Product & Support Team closely (OM internal teams)
Work with Account Management team closely
Desired Skills & Experience
A degree in Business Management and a minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Account Management.
Strong understanding of Telecom/Mobile VAS Industry.
Strong relationships with CXO level of Telecom Operators in West Africa.
