Villas- Boas Dismisses Reports Linking Zenit’s Forward Hulk to White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas- Boas has dismissed reports suggesting he is interested in signing Zenit St Petersburg’s striker, Hulk.
Villas- Boas is a huge admirer of the Brazilian, having worked with him at Porto, and reports have linked him with the player in a move to strengthen his attack next season.
Tottenham’s push for a top four finish has been driven by Gareth Bale’s goals who has netted for the London club 24 times so far this season. The pair of Adebayo and Defoe have struggled to get pass goalkeepers this season.
Villas- Boas is seriously interested in strengthening his attack this summer but rules out Hulk as a transfer target, because of the Zenit player’s price tag of £32 million when he was purchased by the Russian club.
“He was my player and scored 36 goals in one season but it’s impossible he will make a move here because of the wages that he earns, which would break our balance,” Villas-Boas said.
“He may have options in the summer but to a club like Tottenham his transfer fee is also impossible.”
Hulk has scored four league goals since his big- money switch to Russia.
