The Nigeria Tennis Federation (NTF) is mulling over rescheduling the much anticipated wheelchair tennis championship earlier planned for the ongoing 13th Lagos Tennis Championship for another date.

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the FCMB Governor’s Cup has pinpointed the fixture (especially morning fixtures) cramp witnessed in the ongoing championship as the underlying factor behind the postponement.

Tournament Director, Prince Wale Oladunjoye, says the LOC and the NTF will work hand-in-hand to come up with another suitable date for the maiden edition of the wheelchair tournament.
