Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has been voted the Barclays Player of the Season.
The Uruguay international, who scored 31 goals in 33 league matches- after missing the opening six games of the season- helped the Anfield club finish second, two points behind eventual champions Manchester City.
Suarez, who is also named Player of the Year by the Football Writers’ Association and the Professional Footballers Association (PFA), also claimed the Golden Boot, having led the league scorers’ chart after 38 matches.

Crystal Palace boss Tonyb Pulis claimed the Manager of the Season award.
