Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager

 

Job description

1)      Work with marketing and retail departments to create promotions.

 

2)      Work alongside product development team to incorporate promotions after product is complete.

 

3)      Develop and launch discounts, samples, gifts, rebates, coupons, sweepstakes, and contests.

 

4)      Determine length and timing of promotions.

 

5)      In-store and out-store awareness and branding building

 

6)      Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed.

 

7)      Work with account executives to come up with ad campaigns.

 

8)      Select agencies to partner with.

 

9)      Approve agency plans.

 

10)   Work with sales staff to generate ideas for the campaign.

 

11)   Prepare cost estimates for campaigns.

 

12)   Present campaigns during pitches.

 

13)   Identify potential markets.

 

14)   More than 2 yrs experience in Smartphone open market, it is better from Samsung, Nokia etc.

Desired Skills and Experience

·      Proven track record of success managing promotion marketing teams.

·      Extensive knowledge of the promotion marketing space.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and teams at the same time.

·      Excellent time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.

.      4 – 5 years experience. Mobile industry is preferred.
