HRH Muhammadu Sanusi II, Emir of Kano, has answered an important question, constantly being asked by his supporters — If he’d ever join politics.
Speaking about whether he would ever contest for office, the Emir recently had his powers whittled down said he isn’t ready and not interested.
According to him, politics takes a special kind of skill, which he doesn’t possess.
“Politics, I am not ready, I don’t want it and I am not interested in it…I believe it will destroy everything I’ve built…It takes a special kind of skill and I don’t have it.”
