The Kogi Renaissance Forum, KRF, has issued a strong warning to James Faleke, a member representing Ikeja, Lagos State at the House of Representatives, to stop interfering unnecessarily with the current political affairs in Kogi State.

This was made known by the coordinator of the group,  Alhaji Ahmed Jibrin while addressing journalists in Abuja.

Jibrin urged Falake to focus on his job on making better laws for his constituents rather than channelling his time on making undue inference in Kogi politics, with regards to the forthcoming November governorship elections in the state.

Jibrin said it was worrisome the Faleke would endorse a particular APC governorship aspirant from Kogi East senatorial district, asking where the House of Reps member got the power to organise a screening for aspirants from the Igala-dominated Kogi East senatorial district.

He said: “Who is Faleke and under what capacity did he set up a committee to screen APC governorship aspirants in Kogi East to talk of endorsement of an aspirant for the zone?

A furious Jibrin, added that: “This is an insult on the people of Kogi East. This sham is unacceptable.”
