The CFO must demonstrate world class Business Analysis/modelling skills especially for infrastructure project finance engagements, be a great team player, seamlessly manage diverse and sometimes conflicting expectations of project partners and have a good work ethic. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Directors.

Duties & Functions
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function of the Company and have oversight for monitoring financial affairs.

Routine Accounting: Day to Day Accounting responsibilities, managing the GL, Accounts receivables, accounts payable, working capital management, internal control, leasing with auditors, risk management and reporting.
Treasury & Tax Management: Cash and debt management, cash controls, cash and liquidity forecasting, tax compliance & restructuring, tax compliance.
Modelling, Forecasting & Planning: Preparation, Implementation & Monitoring of Budgets for projects and all advisory and reporting responsibilities to the CEO and Board

Other responsibilities: Managing Bankers and funding sources, Internal Audit, insurance and IT

Qualification and Experience:
Between 10 – 15 years work experience in structured blue chip environments.
Undergraduate degree in Business, MSc in Finance or an MBA and or professional certification equivalents (ACA, CPA, CFA etc)
Demonstrate an ability to build and critic bankable project finance models
Prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior financial officer of a major Establishment
Prior experience in Private Equity and ability to close major Project finance and M&A deals a significant plus
Prior experience managing strategic growth initiatives including mergers and acquisitions
Demonstrated success in implementing internal controls, budgets, expense and sales forecasting systems, including managing complex IT / ERP installations
Polished Presentation Skills and ability to seamlessly analyse and breakdown financial information (Actual vs Plan) to a non-finance based audience
