Jurgen Klopp Extends His Dortmund Contract

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has signed a two-year contract extension which will keep him at the Westfalendstadion until June 2018.

Klop took charge of Dortmund in 2008 and has led them to two Bundesliga victory (2011 and 2012) and one domestic cup (DFB-Pokal) in 2012.

“We’re all still just a little bit in love with this club and the way things are progressing here,” the Stutgart-born manager said.

He won the German Football Manager of the Year award the same year he led the ‘Black and Yellows’ to German league triumph.

Durtmund finished runners-up to Bayern Munich in the league and were losing finalist to the Bavarians in the European Champions League last season.
