14 Escape Out Of 200 Girls Abducted By Boko Haram

14 out of about 200 secondary school girls, who were abducted on Monday in Borno State have escaped from the Boko Haram camp where they were held.

The outlawed sect had after an attack suspected to have been perpetrated by it in the nation’s capital gone ahead less than 24 hours later to abduct the school girls in the north eastern state.

Meanwhile, Borno State government has announced a N50m reward for anyone with useful information about the whereabouts of the girls.

President Goodluck Jonathan had also said security agents have been deployed to ensure the abducted girls are safely reunited with their families.
