Ramsey, Monreal Fit for Everton, Diaby Back in Training- Wenger

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says “everybody else is alright” aside Jack Wilshere, Mesut Ozil, Theo Walcott and Laurent Koscielny ahead of Sunday’s trip to Merseyside.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is in line to return from injury for the Gunners at Everton.

The Wales international has not played since Boxing Day because of a thigh problem.

Defender Nacho Monreal could also be back as Arsenal and Everton go head-to-head in their bargain for a Champions League place.

“Aaron and Nacho Monreal are back training with the squad, so that is good news. Hopefully they will be available for Sunday,” Wenger tells his club’s website.

Defender Koscielny and midfielder Ozil are still sidelined but midfielder Abou Diaby is back in training after a year out with a knee injury.

“Diaby is back on the pitches, so that is good news,” the French boss added.

While Wenger stressed that Walcott’s season is already a foregone conclusion (with the winger out of England’s 2014 World Cup campaign), he says Wilshere and Ozil are not back to match fitness yet.

“They (Wilshere and Walcott) are alright, they are doing well. It is still early for them, of course for Theo the season is finished and Jack is progressing well.

“The FA Cup will be too soon for him (Ozil), but he will hopefully be back soon after that.
