Rayo Vallecano have confirmed that Angolan international forward, Manucho has signed a two-year contract extension, which will see him remain at the Vallecas until 2017.
Manucho featured in all of Rayo league matches- except one, while serving suspension- last season, scoring five goals.
Rayo sporting director, Felipe Minambres, confirmed Manucho’s development at a news conference, adding that the player will not travel with the rest of the squad as they leave for China on Sunday, due to complications with his visas.
Rayo will play Real Sociedad in Nanjing on 29 July in a promotional event sponsored by sponsors of both La Liga clubs, QBao.com.
