In a new interview with HipTV’s Next Rated, CDQ talked about why he refused to join Davido‘s HKN Gang.
According to the rapper: –
“I got a text from Davido one morning, and he was like we should have a meeting. So we set it up and he wanted me to join HKN gang but unfortunately, I already signed to General Records owned by Masterkraft so we couldn’t make it happen.”
“I still look back to that period as one of the biggest surprises of my career because I didn’t expect it.” he added.
