An Alternative Thrift Shopping Experience for Lagosians

Shop previously-loved and brand new stylish pieces at unbelievably affordable prices.

Imagine a thrift store that doubles as an exhibition; No cluttered racks, no piles to dig through… just a selection of stylish items coupled with good music, a well-designed space, and an ambience that makes you want to indulge.
Thrift

On Sunday, December 10, 2017, Thrift Projects will be hosting its first shopping experience at A Whitespace Creative Agency. Going back to the idea of sustainable fashion and the movement to reduce, reuse, and recycle, the pop-up is designed to exhibit and sell a carefully-curated selection of pre-owned items while celebrating style as a medium of self expression. This is an exciting new way to shop one-off stylish pieces on a budget.

The Purpose

We know thrifting can be exhausting, finding great pieces take forever, and it’s almost impossible to have a pleasant shopping experience at any Nigerian market.

We’ve decided to provide an alternative, using spatial design as a tool. We are transforming the entire process of thrift shopping into an experience that appeals to almost all five of the shoppers senses through music, photographs, scent and most importantly, curated stylish pieces that are actually affordable.
