APGA Rejects Welcome In ACPN, Gubernatorial Candidate Tells Soludo, Others

charles chukwuma soludoThe Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN) has beckoned on the six governorship aspirants in Anambra State who were last week disqualified from contesting the Nov. 16 governorship election in the state on the platform of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), to join the ACPN.

Conveying the invitation in a statement at the weekend, ACPN’s gubernatorial candidate, Chief Udo Udeogaranya said it was necessary for the disqualified candidates to join his party in order to move the state forward

“I would like to appeal to these aggrieved members of the All Progressive’s Grand Alliance (APGA) to dump the party and join us, as we would welcome them at Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN), so that together we shall build a state of the art new city for exponential economic growth of the state and a new home that Ndigbo and Nigeria can be proud of, as well as numerous ultra modern facilities that can facilitate our people in all areas of life”, Udeogaranya said.

He described the disqualification of the candidates by APGA as a show of shame.
