Ok, who the hell gives out this awards anyways, or did Tonto Dikeh come up with this and gave herself the crown??
Although the actress and singer had a good enough 2013, her supposed won battle with depression, she got everyone buzzing with her songs, movies and relationship status.
Tonto went on her Twitter page to thank everyone who voted for her and like i said earlier, I am not sure where the voting took place but Tonto is definitely glad and happy for the honour.
She also got the title of the social actress of 2013.
