It would be recalled that President Goodluck Jonathan had commented on the Kaduna attack fews days back, which left at least 82 people killed, according to report and was supposedly targeted at the former Head of State Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) saying Nigeria would have boiled if the former head of state had died in the attack.

However countering the statement of the president and making it known that he is not an ally of the presidency, Dokubo called the statement unnecessary as it is obviously that the president is placing the life of the retired general above over 82 other people that lost their lives in the incident. Punch reports that Dokubo made it known that the utterance of the president is tantamount to making just one insignificant Nigerian uncessarily important at the expense of many others who lost their lives.

Calling the president speech unfortunate, Asari Dokubo revealed that all the hearsay about him being the one that financed the Kaduna blast are just pure lies directed at him to make people see him in a bad light. He further said he does not have a twitter account, adding that all the tweets from the supposed twitter handle that carries his name are not from him.
