Vitamin c is not easily stored and those vegetables in d freezer lose vit c after a few days.Honestly our doctors need indepth study of nutrition,dietetics,herbal phytochemistry,food– drugs interractions erc at medical school for instance acidic fruits and starch must not go together or it may precipitate enzymic incompatibilities,, constipation,nervous dosorders etc. The few hours oue medical students devote to studying only sugar metabolism are simply not enough and many of them are not even taught that white oe chemical sugar products and drinks really cause 108 diseases eg hyperglycaemia,bp,fibroida,dental decay,,some mental problems and criminality like all d plagues of pharonic egypt
