The National Association of Resident Doctors which embarked on a strike action on Tuesday has announced the suspension of the strike action.

The suspension is as a result of a planned meeting with stakeholders in the health sector after a first round of meeting chaired by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Another round of meetings has been scheduled for July 14.
