Chelsea were roundly beaten by Tottenham yesterday at the Wembley stadium during their domestic league meeting. The Blues who had prior to the match not tasted defeat across all competition lasted on 8minutes before Tottenham opened the floodgate.
The match which ended 3-1 in favour of Tottenham saw the Spur’s leapfrogged Chelsea into third place as a result of the defeat.
Chelsea defender, Cesar Azpilicueta, who was in action for the Blues during the clash seams unhappy that his team’s unbeaten run came to an abrupt at Tottenham.
The Spanish international took to his Twitter handle today to reveal how gutted he is to be on the losing side of the derby clash.
