The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued Senator Bala Mohammed the certificate of return for winning the March 23 supplementary election.

INEC also presented certificates to 31 house of assembly members consisting of APC, PDP, and NNPP.

After receiving the certificate of return, Senator Bala promised to bring transformation and development to Bauchi State.
