The member representing Kogi West Senatorial district in the National Assembly, Dino Melaye, has shared that he is heading to court this week to sue both Kogi State Governor, Yahya Bello, and Kogi State House of Assembly over the ”illegality” of the L.G caretaker chairmen.
He added that he already has enough evidence to send them to prison for corruption. Dino Melaye made this known through his Twitter handle today, 23rd April.
What he wrote:
I'm heading to court this week to sue Yahaya Bello & Kogi State House of Assembly over the illegality of the L.G caretaker chairmen. From my concluded investigation they will all end up in prison for corruption. We are fine tuning our petition and the world will be shocked.. SDM
