Ekiti state First Lady, Bisi Fayemi, has stated that it is wrong for schools to expel pregnant school girls and allow the boys that got them pregnant to continue with their education.
Speaking during a meeting with wives of coordinating Directors and Community Development Officers of the 16 Local Government Councils in the state in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, Mr Fayemi pointed out that all girls, regardless of their status have the same right as boys and should not be used as sacrificial goat in terms of education because of pregnancy.
