Daughter of American actor, Bill Cosby, has died from a renal disease. The death of the 44-year-old was confirmed by Andrew Wyatt, Cosby’s spokesman.
In a statement, the spokesman said: ‘The Cosby Family thanks many people for their prayers for their beloved and beautiful Ensa.‘
Ensa died of renal disease, a kidney impairing condition. One of Cosby’s five children, Ensa did not live in the spotlight but always supported her father throughout his harassment allegations.
Ensa once wrote:
‘I believe that racism has played a big role in all aspects of this scandal. My father has been publicly lynched in the media. My family, my young daughter, my young niece and nephew have had to stand helplessly by and watch the double standards of pretending to protect the rights of some, but ignoring the rights of others and exposing innocent children to such appalling accusations about someone they love dearly and who has been so loving and kind to them is beyond cruel.’
Plans for Ensa’s funeral are yet to be announced.
