Popular Hollywood actor, Johnny Depp, have sparked fears among his fans after he appeared pale and gaunt in new photos as he poses with fans in Russia over the last weekend.
The shocking photographs were taken at the Four Seasons hotel in St. Petersburg, as the band performed in the city after playing in Moscow two nights earlier.
In the photographs, Depp appears with a slight smile. He is wearing a hat with the letters ‘FUGLY’ branded across the front and is dressed in a t-shirt and jeans.
Now, it has been claimed online that his notable weight loss could be the result of his recent role as a terminal cancer patient in forthcoming film, ‘Richard Says Goodbye.’
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: ‘He’s in post-production for #richardsaysgoodbye which is about a terminally ill man. He’s fine.’
Another added: ‘He had to lose weight because his character was diagnosed with a terminal illness. As this movie is still in post-production maybe that’s the reason for him is so thin. So he is not sick!’
