The national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus, said that those celebrating the victory of President Muhammad Buhari are encouraging criminality.
Secondus also noted that the party had finalised plans to go to court over the outcome of the presidential election and that proceedings will commence immediately.
He disclosed this at the emergency meeting of PDP on Monday 4 2019.
