Watching Dbanj’s performance at the closing ceremony of the African Cup of Nations in South Africa on Sunday night just evokes a feeling of pride as a Nigerian. Not only did the Kokomaster give a good account of himself at the show piece ceremony, the Super Eagles went on to claim the coveted trophy on the night.
Dbanj thrilled fans to his monster hit, ‘Oliver Twist’ and thereafter gave way for the Soweto Field Band before he was called upon again to usher in the the two sides playing the finals with another of his hit song, ‘On Top of The World.’
