Taiwo Returns to Italy On a Two- Year Deal With Inter Milan.

Nigeria international Taiye Taiwo has sealed a shock move to Internazionale Milano on a two- year contract.

Taiwo, who recently rounded off a one- year loan deal with Ukrainian club Dynamo Kiev was reported to have flown into Milan Tuesday night to complete the signing formalities, before making the confirmation public on Wednesday.

Taiwo spent eight seasons with French club Olympique Marseilles helping the club to one league and cup titles each, after moving to the club in 2004.

His short spell at AC Milan had him feature for the Rossoneris just four times in the League before moving on- loan to join Mark Hughes’ relegation battlers Queens Park Rangers.

Ahead of the 2012/13 season, Taiwo had to part ways with the Rangers after helping the team survive 2011/12 relegation scares. His destination was Ukraine where he teamed up with compatriots, Brown Ideye and Haruna Lukman at Dynamo.

He made 20 League appearances for the Kiev club before his latest decision to join the Nerazzuris.

Taiwo has capped 53 times for Nigeria and scored 5 goals since making his debut in 2004.
