Job description

Eskimi is looking for a full-time Sales director Nigeria position grow sales in Nigeria, Lagos. Eskimi has a developed sales process and needs a highly experienced sales manager with active contact base in Nigerian agencies, FMCGs, brands, telco companies to support further growth.

 

Eskimi is looking for an outstanding, smart and hard working individual who is ready to grow Eskimi advertisement sales to new heights, constantly meet sales goals and deliver results fast.

 

Responsibilities

Develop ideas and create proposals for sales and marketing to clients by market sector

Formulate needs for clients and prepare creative proposals with account manager team in Eskimi HQ

Grow Eskimi digital sales in Nigerian market

Create and manage advertisement customer data base

Support existing customers

Prepare sales presentations, align them with product manager team

Respond to and aggressively follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

As a next stage, establish Eskimi physical presence in Nigeria

 

Main goal and KPIs

Raise the existing profile of Eskimi to even higher level (that is why we need a self-motivated, self-confident person with already strong brand among the brands and agencies in Nigeria)

Generate and grow advertisement sales

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in advertisement, consulting areas

Active contacts with biggest advertisement buyers in Nigeria

Active contacts in FMCG sector

Active contacts in all agencies in Nigeria

Mobile environment know-how in Nigeria

Has closed large advertisement deals for accounts in Nigeria before

Has managed a client portfolio for long time, retaining them

 

Personal qualities

Very transparent (important for remote communication with the CEO, team)

Hard working (can do 4-5 meetings in a day)

Entrepreneural (is able to work independently and without existing infrastructure)

Focused on big deals (should come from previous experience with large clients)
