Borussia Dortmundhave confirmed the signing of Hertha Berlin striker Adrian Ramos for next season on a four-year contract.
Both Dortmund and Hertha Berlin have agreed not to disclose the transfer fee for the striker.
The 28-year-old is expected to join the ‘Black and Yellows’ squad on July 1, as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski who is leaving to join champions Bayern Munich.
The Colombia international is the third highest goal scorer in the Bundesliga so far in the ongoing season with 16 goals and also third on the assist list (23 assists).
“Adrian Ramos is an excellent footballer and one of the top strikers in Germany. He fits perfectly the profile of player we want at Borussia Dortmund,” said BVB sporting director Michael Zorc.
Ramos has earned 22 international caps, scoring twice.
