Former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has penned a two-year deal with Italian club AS Roma.
The ex-England international left Stamford Bridge as a free-agent after the ‘Blues’ failed to offer him a new deal at the end of his eighth season.
AS Romatweeted a photograph of the 33-year-old, and confirmed on their official website he has signed a contract which will see him remain at Rome’s Olympic Stadium until 2016.
