Governor of Taraba State, Danbaba Suntai, who is still recuperating from injuries he sustained in a self-piloted aircraft over two years ago, is expected to arrive the country any moment from now from London, his spokesman, Hassan Mijinyawa, has said.
The ailing governor returns after a one week medical follow-up at an undisclosed hospital in London.
Mr. Minjinyawa, on Monday, said the governor would arrive the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, aboard an unnamed chartered aircraft.
He would be accompanied by his wife, Hauwa, his medical team as well as security details.
“Mr. Suntai is grateful to the people of Taraba State for their strength of will and continuous prayers for him and the state,” Mijinyawa added.
