Nigeria international Godfrey Oboabona has undergone a successful knee surgery in Turkey.
The Rizespor centre-back was diagnosed with a right knee meniscus tear and cartilage injury. He went under the knife at the weekend at Acibadem Fulya Hospital in Turkey.
Oboabona, who joined the Turkish club from Sunshine Stars, has featured eight times for Rizespor in the current campaign and has a goal to his credit.
