I bet you all still remember the epic selfie of all selfies that most celebrities have tried to copy but never had the same effect.
Well, TIME Magazine has named that famous star-studded Oscar’s selfie taken in March this year as the top photo of the year.
The influential publication made the announcement on its Twitter page on Monday, December 8, 2o14.
It would be recalled that the image had exceeded 1 million retweets in the first hour of the upload in March 2014 and presently has more than 3.36 million, making it the most retweeted picture in history.
The selfie, which was taken by actor, Bradley Cooper includes Brad Pitt and wife, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep, Kevin Spacey, Ellen DeGeneres, Julia Roberts, Channing Tatum, Lupita Nyong’o and her brother, Peter Nyong’o.
According to reports, the tweet broke the previous record of 778,000 retweets set by the photograph of US President, Barack Obama hugging his wife, Michelle Obama after his re-election in 2012.
