A student is extremely lucky to be alive after he reportedly jumped from a tall building following rejection from another female student. Scoop has more:
The 21-year-old man was rushed to a hospital after attempting to commit suicide when a female student rejected his advances. Zeng, a student at the China Institute of Metrology in Hangzhou, was seen jumping from the fourth floor of a school building around 3:00 p.m., after being rejected by the woman.
The man survived the fall, and although he suffered fractures to his limbs, doctors said that his life is not in danger.
The student is in his sophomore year of college. Witnesses recorded him standing on a ledge in the fourth floor of the building before he jumped.
Once he hit the ground, people were surprised to see that he was moving. Emergency workers responded to the scene and he was taken to the hospital.
