Three Brothers In Police Net For Kidnapping

brothersThe Edo State Police Command has paraded three brothers of same parents, arrested for engaging in kidnappings.

The suspects, which included twins are Odion, Akhere and Nicholas Stephens, hail from Ugbegun in Esan Central Local Government of the state.

They were reportedly arrested after one of their victims escaped from their den.

The brothers were also said to have carried out five different kidnappings and collected huge sums of money as ransom.

Among their victims were a member of the Jehovah witness, who was shot in the leg and kept in captivity for six days without treatment.

They were also said to have carried out the kidnapping of a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, who escaped from their den.

Speaking to journalists during a parade, the brothers expressed regrets over their actions.
