Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, Friday commissioned the Warri-Effurun flyover constructed over the busy Effurun roundabout in Uvwie Local Government Area of the state.
The four-lane flyover, with both sides of the dual-carriageway measuring approximately one kilometre, was constructed at a cost of about N4.1 billion.
Uduaghan, who unveiled the bridge during an impressive ceremony on the bridge on Friday, noted that the promise of his administration to finish strong was not a fluke as the people had witnessed numerous projects commissioned across the state especially in the last few weeks.
The Effurun Roundabout flyover bridge is the second of such projects to be commissioned by Dr Uduaghan within a space of about two weeks.
The N3.5 billion Summit Round/Inter-Bau Junction Flyover Bridge in Asaba, the state capital, was commissioned earlier by the governor.
