Ujah Scores His 10th Goal of the Bundesliga Season in Cologne Win

Anthony Ujah scored his tenth goal of the German Bundesliga season as FC Cologne secured a 3-2 win at home to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on Sunday.

Matthias Lehmann confidently stroked home from the penalty spot to open scoring for the Billy Goats midway through the first half.

Ujah, who before the interval watched his shot hit the base of the upright from inside the box, doubled the host’ lead after the break smashing past Hoffenheim goalkeeper Oliver Baumann.

Pawel Olkowski saw red for impeding Anthony Modeste from behind in the box. Eugen Polanski calmly converted the resultant penalty to halve Cologne’s lead.

Hector sealed victory for ten-man Cologne with a sublime solo effort, cutting inside and evading four defenders to narrow in on goal, before smashing a deflected shot past Baumann.
