Goalkeeper Adam Bogdan has agreed to join Liverpool from Bolton Wanderer on a free transfer.
The Hungary international has been with Bolton since 2007. He will join Liverpool- subject to medical- on 1 July when his contract ends at the Reebok stadium.
The 27-year-old has made over 100 league (Premier League and Championship) appearances for the Trotters. He was named in Bolton’s starting XI that faced Liverpool in an FA Cup fixture at Anfield in January- his second game against Liverpool.
He has been capped 19 times by Hungary and is a member of the country’s squad for this weekend’s European Championship qualifier.
Bogdan becomes the third player to agree to join the Reds next season, following in the footsteps of Danny Ings and James Milner.
Liverpool finished fifth in the Premier League in the just concluded season and will compete in the Europa League next season.
