Juventus have confirmed the arrival of Chelsea FC winger Juan Cuadrado on a season-long loan.
Chelsea signed the winger from Fiorentina in February for a fee of £23.3m, but made only 15 appearances – starting just four games – as the Blues won the Premier League title.
“The Colombian winger, 22, will now link up with his new team-mates in Vinovo ahead of this afternoon training session,” the Serie A outfit said in a statement.
Cuadrado began his career at Independiente Medellin and moved to Italy in 2009 to join Udinese. After failing to break into the Bianconeri’s first team, he was loaned to Lecce, where he caught the attention of Fiorentina scouts.
He joined Fiorentina in July 2012 and featured in 105 matches in all competitions while at the Viola.
