Pastor Chris Okotie Wants To Destroy My Marriage – Emeka Ike

Veteran Nollywood actor and aspiring AGN president, Emeka Ike, has stated that Pastor Chris Okotie wants to destroy his marriage.

The actor who is still trying to settle his marriage problems in court with his wife said Okotie has been frustrating his effort.

According to the Emeka:

“I want people to look into this issue critically. I’ve never beaten this woman in my life. When she ran out of home, I called my pastor and they took us for counselling. For one week, I was begging her every day; I would go home alone and she would go home alone as well.

“At a point, pastor asked us to write five things we like and dislike about each other. The pastor said that maybe we could work it out. I wrote mine, she wrote hers and she never said there that I used to beat her. I still have that document with me. She gave me what she wrote and I gave her what I wrote. If I used to beat her, she could not have left it out from that then. Any man that beats a woman is a coward. I know that someone somewhere must have done something to her. How can I beat a woman I adore so much? I love my family and this is very unfortunate. Her children have been begging her to come home, and she has refused.

“I am pretty sure my wife is acting confused; she is acting as if she is under a spell, which is psychological and then she is acting under blackmail.

“There was a time I accused her of bringing men to my house. I mean, which woman will wake her husband up in the middle of the night and said to him, share your property I want to get my share now from what you have? Tell me, which woman will do that if not acting under a spell?

“There was a time I traveled and she closed down my school and sent all the students away. So, there is a lot to it, other than the allegation of battery against me and I want the whole world to know. My name is precious to me and I don’t want anything to drag it in the mud.

“Pastor Chris Okotie just absolved my wife into his church without making any effort to get in touch with me. If as a pastor, your church member is having issue with her husband, and you failed to do anything to resolve it, what kind of pastor are you? When I called him, he refused to pick my call. He also failed to react to a text message I sent to him. Is that a man of God? Even, if you have a police case, they will make effort to hear from you before taking a position, not to talk of the church.

“When we went to court, I told my wife that I’m interested in amicable settlement of the matter, and that I still want her back. But she refused. Even, if you don’t want me, what of your children, I asked her and she still would not listen to me. I want the whole world to know because there is a lot of misinformation out there. The lawyer which Okotie hired for my wife is also frustrating every attempt I make to resolve the matter peacefully,”

  1. My dear Emeka Ike, tell her the whole thing u want her to know. I don’t know the truth about the matter, but u hv really cried out and I believe God has forgiven u. If she insist, live her to her faith. But if she later forgives u and come back to u, pls no 3rd party, not even ur mum.

  2. He has divorced twice how can he save your marriage when he could not save his. Remove the log in your own eye first the bible says before removing the speck in others eyes. Emeka you need a pastor with stable marriage to helpyou. Good luck

  3. let her be,her mind is judging her, she has done an abomination with your pastor , so she just can not with stand it, so let her be, if i were u, i would hv just take my family out country and forget about her life. (SHE IS CRAZY ALONG WITH YOUR RITUAL PASTOR)

  4. Emeka no doubt u truely love ur wife. For u to cry-out this way, its givz u sleepless worries. Trust in God for n in all things. My advice, pls get d movies titled “fireproof” n 2 ” the vow” for her to see likewise u. As for d pastor, if truely your claims re genuine, let God judge him.

  5. Arrange a meeting for the both families that is yours and hers, she should also be invited, in the presence of everybody, beg your wife to come back (you can even kneel down before her)in the presence of her parents and your, beg her with your sincere heart am sure she will have a rethink. but you must have the support of the two families.

  6. Sometimes we allow our outward attitude to control the inward attitude forgetting that it must work along, every family has a problem but my advice to Mr Emeka is to trace squarely the background of his marital Problem that is leading to his present obstacles,

consequently, a known fact is that there is no ” home without challenges”, the fact that you aired yours do not mean yours may be the worst, but you needed a solution and justice at same time.

However,i would advice that you seek more marital counseling from great “psychologist” or “Men of God” who will ground you on how to pilot the affairs of your home as a good husband to your wife..

Finally, Ye pastor that accept another man’s wife, on what grounds will we classify your attitude? are you for good or for evil ?what are your candid intents? women beware of such dispositions !.i wish the family reunites and face their marital vow and live happily ever after.

  7. A pastor who cannot maintain his own marriage has nothing to offer in marriage issues. Emeka, if you are a Christian (i.e, you have given your life to Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour), take time to take the matter to the Supreme Court of Heaven and present your case there. Call all the demons disturbing your marriage to judgement and sort the matter out there once and for all. If on the other hand you are not a Christian, you just have to start by yielding your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, then…..

  8. Too much talking and complaints destroy relationships. I think the matter is between you and your wife and I bet you do not know what she is thinking about you. Yes,you guys may have written few things about the other, but there may be somethings in her heart that are not for public consumption. I advise you calm down, stop the media thing and go back to yourself. If you really want her back, reconcile with your God, seek his face in prayer for the good of your family. You do not know the state of your wife right now, so talking and complaints will jeopardize every effort for amicable reconciliation.

  9. Don’t worry guy, for there is no challenges that is too big for the lord God almighty to overcome, as for PASTOR OKOTIE, God will surely judge him if he is surely making any attempt to scatter your home, don’t pick quarrel with him because, ODINAKACHUKWU. just be prayerful i strongly believe God will see you true in Jesus Amen.

  10. For a woman to publicly denounce her children? Brother, there’s more to this. Prayer is the key. Fall them on your kneels. I’m so pained for u. God’ll correct that woman’s lost mind. Soon she go tire. Those men fooling her will laugh her. Osanobua is HIS name

  11. No be innocent tithe payers money chris dey take flaunt big boy for married women? How many branches of that church does he have in Nigeria. Even if emeka was wrong don’t chris preach “forgiveness” in his shrine? Rather he gave out a senior advocate to make sure it’s destroyed. Emekus we love u and will keep praying for u.

  12. D only one i sympathise wt is d woman, (Emeka’s wife). Others we all know very well. Let it be said here, people can deceive as many as they are privileged to, but GOD? N E V E R. Pc of advise, allow time to heal the wound you have caused, while you maintain being good if you are really serious about d love you profess. Remember no force, fate, or devil can hinder, control or circumvent the firm resolve of a determine soul. I WISH YOU WELL……….I just hate deceit.

    • Pastors shoul help to build marriages and not destroy it. A Pastor that has no stable home cannot counsel spouses when they have marital problems. Indeed these are signs of end time when many shall claim to be men of God. But God cannot be deceived and he knows his own.. Pastors who break marriages shall give account on judgement day. How can a Pastor listen to one side of the story and take side. Wonders ! Wonders!!

  13. My dear Emeka, if it is true that you have make all this effort and it fall on a deaf ear for now please do not relent your effort. But I still doubt your story on the part of the man of God because he is very much away that the word of God says that what God has joined together let no man put asunder. I pray that your emotion will touch your wife to have a re-think.

  14. My brother Emeka Ike, I don’t know if I will say you are not wise or you are trying to make a good name for your self, which at this moment is of less importance. The only prayers you need now is to stay alive and take care of your kids. But for the stranger you called wife, letting her be is the best thing for you to do now. Or you may pay the price with your life. A woman capable of asking you to share your wealth is no longer your wife. You shouldn’t let your emotions to ruin you. Be wise my brother and stay safe.

  15. This is a serious attack on your marriage and home. Your wife is acting under evil manipulation. You can see that, can”t you?The plan is to destroy your home. Concerns deep things of the spirit and you need serious intense prayer and deliverance. Preferably a tarry night in a non-profit bible based church. The court will not help this matter and Pastor Chris will facilitate the destruction of your marriage. May the good Lord lead you aright and restore your marriage. Amen

  16. IKE , God will fight for you, you guys should look well before identifying with any church as their members, A man who have send two to three women parking , cannot reconcile you with your wife, when he failed in his own marriage .
Probably they have planned to share the loot in varies percentage with your wife after the divorce matter, so making
Peace with your woman is not in there interest. Be wise, a thief comes to steal , kill and destroy.
God will see you through this trial and you come out wiser and stronger. Keep faith in Jesus.
The counsel of the wicked will not stand.
