Suspect In Army’s 100 Wanted Boko Haram Terrorists’ List Arrested At Abuja Airport

Wanted Boko HaramThe declaration of 100 suspected Boko Haram terrorists by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai last month, has started to pay off as one of those whose photograph was released, has been arrested as he attempted to flee.

The Army chief, who displayed the photographs of the wanted men, said “The fight against Boko Haram insurgency is a collective responsibility of all, including the media. These photographs of terrorists’ suspects are to be identified with their numbers attached to each of the 100 photos, while members of the general public could send in more information on the locations or whereabouts of these Boko Haram sect members that appeared in these special photo identifications”.

Gen. Buratai’s plea for cooperation from all and sundry paid off on Sunday as a man suspected to be one of the Boko Haram terrorists declared wanted, Chindo Bello, was apprehended by Aviation Security at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, as he was boarding an Aero Contractors’ Airline flight to Lagos.
