Today is the birthday of Nigerian R&B singer Niyola.

Eniola Akinbo aka Niyola, begun her music career in 2000 after she became the second runner up at the Amen Starlet talent singing competition.

Her talent gained her some recognition as Nigerian rapper/producer eLDee signed her In 2005.

After a brief hiatus, she signed to EME in 2012 and released the hit single ‘Toh Bad’ in 2013.
