American rapper, Kanye West made an appearance with his wife, Kim K and other big names to celebrate Kourtney Kardashian’s 37th birthday.
The above photo shared by Kim, shows her dressed in an extremely sheer nude full-length dress with a heavily embroidered jacket slung over her arms while her husband avoided the camera.
