Two Unilag postgraduate students, Adesola Olubola Ogunmefun and Funmilayo Odusina, who drowned at Elegushi beach on Sunday June 5th, have been buried.
They were buried at the Ikoyi Cemetery in Lagos on June 10.
The two women died when their boats capsized while attending a friend’s birthday party at Elegushi beach.

Their deaths have drawn attention to the absence of life guards at most Nigerian private beaches.
