Ex-Gov. Bafarawa Disburses N30m Cash To Victims Of Sokoto Old Market Fire Disaster

CashA former Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Attahiru Bafarawa, has donated the sum of N30million cash to traders whose goods were destroyed in the last Sunday’s fire disaster at the Sokoto Old Market.

The late night inferno, which lasted for about three hours before it was put out by men of the fire service, traders and good Samaritans, gutted most parts of the market, famous for sale of clothing materials, foot wears, jewelries and exchange of foreign currencies.
