The Co-founder of Chocolate City, Audu Maikori, has been granted bail after arraignment before a Kaduna Chief Magistrate Court 1, on a two count charge of attempt to incite the general public through false information, contrary to Section 24 of Cyber Crime Act Law of the Federation of Nigeria 2015.Kaduna Magistrate’s Court.
The lawyer and associate of Mr. Maikori, John Danfulani, said his client received the bail on “very liberal terms”. The bail in the sum of N100,00 each on self-recognition.
The case was adjourned until May 24.
