Katy has been known to change her hair color often, but cutting it all off is a new one for the star.
In addition to the cute picture, she uploaded a video of her asking her hairstylist how he felt about her locks. “What do you think, Chris?” the former love of Orlando Bloom asked. Considering he was the one giving Perry the new look, it’s not like he was going to slate it.
Perry made headlines earlier this week when it was announced that her romance with Orlando Bloom had come to an end.
It was somewhat surprising when you consider all the baby and engagement rumors. It seemed like they were in it for the long haul. Unfortunately, their conflicting schedules were to blame. However, the pair issued a joint statement to let the world know there was no animosity between the two.
Their last public appearance was at the 89th Annual Academy Awards but did not attend together. They did, however, have a chat when they were inside the venue, so this backs up the claim that it ended amicably for them.
