American Rapper, Meek Mill seems to be in trouble with the law again. The Philadelphia native was reportedly charged with assault on Wednesday, March 15 after getting into an altercation with an employee at the St. Louis International Airport.
Mill was apparently angered by the airport employee’s attempts to get a picture and some sort of fracas occurred, according to TMZ. Meek and two airport employees were charged with misdemeanor assault, and police gave Meek a court summons in lieu of arrest.
The charges could be a violation of Meek’s probation. The “R.I.C.O.” rapper violated his probation in 2015 and almost landed in jail because of it. Instead, Meek avoided any time in prison by serving six months on house arrest. He also had to remain on probation for the next six years.
Since Meek got off house arrest, he’s stayed out of trouble, but his legal woes have not stopped him from getting into beefs, including one with The Game. A new chapter in their feud was opened a few weeks ago when the two traded words on social media. Game put an exclamation on the situation by writing a diss on Instagram.
Hate to say this because so many are endorsing the “be your own elite” concept. This type of thing is where I really do think that being Executive Platinum does make a difference. You have a shorter wait for an agent, more award availability, and no fees to rebook close in, among other things. I can give you many examples where it has made a big difference changing an award, among them a situation where I had to change my daughter’s flight home from Chile not once, but twice within days of the flight, and it all got handled in a snap with no fees and no hassle. Time will tell if it will be worth on the “new” American, but just that one situation alone made my status worth it to me.
