A man has met an ugly fate after he was allegedly caught stealing and had his hand cut off as punishment.
A man’s hand has been cut off by members of the Islamic State ISIS militant group after he was accused of stealing in Tigris area of Iraq.
The man was paraded before a baying crowd and his charge read to him before his hand was cut off by the terrorists.
